Bobby Lambert
Bobby has almost 30 years professional experience in development
and humanitarian work, including over 10 years field experience
in East and Southern Africa and 10 years as CEO of RedR in
the UK. In addition to his work with the Good Earth Trust,
he is a consultant to the UN, Red Cross and NGOs, is a visiting
fellow at London’s South Bank University and is an adviser
to Pump Aid. A chartered engineer, he graduated from University
College Dublin in 1979 and has a Masters in Public Health
Engineering from Imperial College London (1984). |

Lisa Baumgartner
Lisa completed her undergraduate degree in Environmental
Studies and Anthropology/Sociology in February 2005 at Middlebury
College in VT, USA. In September 2007 she completed her Msc
in Development Studies from SOAS (School of Oriental and African
Studies) in London, UK, and became the Good Earth Trust's
Uganda County Representative not long afterwards. |

Dan Andabati
Dan completed his Civil Engineering degree in Kyambogo University,
Kampala, Uganda in 2006. His research project was on appropriate
technology for brick production. He has worked with a range
of private and public sector employers before joining Good
Earth in January 2009. |

Representative - Kenya and Tanzania
Martin Taylor & Claudia Fichtner
Martin and Claudia took up the post of Good Earth Trust’s
Kenya and Tanzania Country Representative in July 2009 on
a job-share basis. Martin, a Chartered Water and Environmental
Manager is a development and humanitarian professional with
over 24 years experience, particularly with capacity building
activities in the water, environmental and natural resources
management sectors, mainly in sub-Saharan Africa. Claudia
is an Agriculture postgraduate with 15 years professional
and humanitarian experience in agricultural extension, training,
communication, marketing & gender, much of this in East
Africa. |
Operation
Officer - London
Eszti Takacs
Eszti who hails from Hungary, has a degree in International
Studies from De Paul University in Chicago and has worked
for several years with the Hungarian Foreign Ministry in Shanghai.
She came to London recently to work in the voluntary sector,
particularly in fundraising, and volunteered with some London
based charities before joining the Good Earth Trust in April
2008. |
Carbon
Project Manager - London
Max Armbrust
Max is the latest member to join the Trust after having completed
his MSc in Environmental Modelling at King’s College
London. He will be focusing on the carbon accreditation process
to access the financial means to promote our technology. Prior
to joining the Trust, Max worked and lived in Munich, Germany.
He graduated from Stellenbosch University, South Africa with
a Bachelor in Economics. |
